We called the Liner Specialists because we suspected the old liner installed by a previous owner was old, faded and leaking water. Frank came by with many examples of liner patterns so my wife and I could review. After not finding what we liked, Frank advised me he would come back with more examples and a few days later he did! We picked a liner and scheduled the installation. When time came to remove the old liner and install the new one. The crew found a large amount of ground water coming into the pool via various cracks at a very fast rate. At this point this installation could go no further until the ground water situation was resolved. This is PRECISELY where experience comes in. If this was just a liner installer, I would have had to get another pool company to resolve the water issue first. Frank and his crew offered different solutions to the problem and got it done after they figured the best route to go. Frank, Florin, Shane and the rest of the crew came by every day working to resolve the small geyser. With some expertise and ingenuity, Liner Specialists diverted the water, repaired the cracks and dropped in the new liner. It did take some time, but the results speak for themselves!
